## What is Order Express?

Order Express Owner Portal is the companion app for restaurants running on Order Express.

ORDERS AS THEY ARRIVE
See every online order the moment it lands, with a notification on your phone. Open an order to see the items, the customer, and what they paid — then print it to the right station.

YOUR MENU, EDITED ANYWHERE
Change prices, mark items unavailable, add photos, and manage categories from your phone. Translations sit next to the English, so what customers see in another language is always checkable.

WHAT YOU TOOK
Today, this week, this month. Card and cash separated, refunds and fees included, in your restaurant's own time zone.

SETTINGS THAT MATTER MID-SERVICE
Pause online ordering, change your hours, adjust delivery, route items to printers, and choose how you and your customers hear about an order.

Requires an Order Express merchant account.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-11

Fee billing now shows the card that is actually charged. The bank account panel is gone — fees on pay-in-person orders come out of your Stripe balance first, and anything left over goes to your card.

"Manage in Stripe" opens correctly for payout accounts created since September.

Opening an order clears its NEW marker straight away instead of leaving it up for a few seconds.
