After signing in I can’t do anything on the app. It’s like it just freezes and doesn’t respond. When I first got the app in 2019 it worked great but with every update since, it’s gotten worse. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t even work. *2022-01-08, version 5.5.0* I would give 0 stars. App hasn’t scanned products for over 3 months. It’s useless to have. I get logged in, select my account, then it won’t do anything else. I just did the 5.0 update, and that did not fix the issues. ### 2/5 — Scanning bar codes auto sub to other items *2021-02-18, version 3.3.0* I’ve sent in complaints to my rep and the OTC rep and rarely are things addressed. Scan item 5050489 (you can’t tell in app what it’s reading), upload to order express and it’s subbing as 3964483 (which came damaged so had to return anyway). Scan items 3972882, 3999620 and they auto sub for leader item 5315262. When these auto subs happen, you cannot see in the app that’s it’s going to order something else. You are just walking your isles and scanning along. The screen doesn’t show you what’s it’s reading from the bar code unless you select Done after each item.....which would be VERY time consuming. Items in the app should NOT auto sub....unless you have a warning or some sort that alerts the person. ### 2/5 — Locks up consistently *2021-02-11, version 3.2.0* This app locks up consistently thereby rendering it nearly useless. As a business owner, systems need to work. This isn’t a game. This app wastes your time closing and reopening it. Also I noticed that other people are having the same problem as well. ### 1/5 — i wish it worked *2023-05-18, version 8.7.1* have to use for work and i have to consistently delete and redownload it just to log into out account to order for the evening. very irritating we hate order express tbh ### 1/5 — A truly terrible app *2023-05-08, version 8.7.1* I have to delete and redownload the app multiple times a day to get it to work, it loads forever, so far the longest it took was 45 minutes to log me in. It also has days where you scan a drug and it says that the drug does not exist, however when you scan the medication on the computer it comes up. It is the worst user interface and somehow get even worse with each update ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2023-04-26, version 8.7.0* I would almost like to give this app zero stars if it were possible. Always issues logging in. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to log in. Then I log in and all of the items that I’m scanning to order are coming up as “item not found”. ### 1/5 — Price check *2023-04-04, version 8.6.1* When you log into this program the default is “price check”. I’ve never used this feature because I use this program to order drugs as I’m sure most people do. New hire forgot to check and everything she ordered that morning wasn’t. This app is absolutely the worse. Constantly fails us, when trying to log in it just spins and spins. I’ve lost tons of orders when it wouldn’t properly download order to Express. Complaints go unheard. ### 1/5 — Can search by name? *2023-02-15, version 8.5.1* It appears the new version doesn’t allow one to search simply by typing the products name. Only numbers or scanning a barcode are options…what a disappointment. Either this is a permanent function change or it turned off some sort of setting on my app. Either way, the app just lost like 80% of its functionality for me now that I can’t simply search by name. ### 1/5 — Price check *2023-02-11, version 8.5.1* When you log into this program the default is “price check”. Ive been using it for more than 5 years and never had an issues ever ### 5/5 — Password and Face ID *2022-04-13, version 6.0.2* Hi guys Thanks for the work you are doing. It is a very good addition to OrderExpress. Only issue I have is that the app doesn’t seem to use the FaceID consistently. When I log in manually the app asks if I want to use the FaceID to save the pass but when I open the app the next time I still have to energy the pass manually and it again repeats the whole process of trying to set up the FaceID. Not sure what the issue is but should be pretty easy to fix.
