App totally rubbish. ### 5/5 — Apple Pay now a payment option *2024-03-27, version 1.0.10* Used at a restaurant to order to the table, very easy and quick and more importantly Apple Pay is now a payment option, a feature that a previous review mentions was not available at that time. ### 1/5 — Terrible UX *2023-07-22, version 1.0.10* This app was very hard to navigate, unintuitive to use and just frustrating. I actually changed where I planned to order food from because I couldn’t bare using the the any longer. ### 1/5 — Delivery time messed up *2023-07-10, version 1.0.10* I hit ‘asap’ for delivery and the app scheduled it for an hour and 30 mins later. Initially it didn’t even pick up the restaurant I was sat in. Once it did, there was a lag in being able to view the menu. I was able to pick the items from the menu, which seemed to work ok. However when I pressed the button to place the order I got an error message to the effect of there is a problem with the connection, please try again. I tried several times over several minutes to place the order and after speaking to one of the staff, who said we were the third customer he had spoken to with the same issue, I gave up trying and went to order in person instead. The concept is great, the execution of it however is sadly lacking. ### 3/5 — My business uses order me as a way for customers to order direct *2023-03-28, version 1.0.10* The UI is very sluggish compared to the likes of justeat (to be expected) but the biggest turn off our customers have is that there is no Apple Pay. If apple way was added we would have a much higher chance of getting our customers to order through Order me. Our prices are 20% higher on just eat and Deliveroo and most customers when we tell them to order through order me say they’d rather pay more for the ease of ordering on their platforms. Please get Apple Pay. ### 2/5 — Glitchy, unhelpful and inflexible *2023-03-16, version 1.0.10* Great idea, poorly executed. The app doesn't have enough flexibility to place your order how you actually want it, plus half the time you can't connect to place an order anyway because mobile phone signal is poor and the WiFi is glitchy. Go and speak to the lovely staff instead! ### 1/5 — Do Not Use *2022-11-13, version 1.0.10* Terrible. Doesn’t work with Apple Pay and doesn’t work with your card either.
