This isn’t USA. Apple Pay fails (succeeds on my phone, but app behaves as though it hasn’t). Surcharge info is wrong too. Also has minor niggle that longer menu descriptions can’t be expanded. Clicking on them adds the item to cart. Otherwise app works ok for ordering the meal I wanted. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2025-06-02, version 2.2* Trying to get a hold of someone in customer service is the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. When you try to claim they say need to login via mobile, when you try to do that, no code gets sent to your mobile. Tried multiple times overs multiple days. Turned up, restaurant said nothing received. Apparently company calls the restaurant with order, but this never happened. It is 2025, time to get with the internet and automate. Terrible customer service. State they have afterpay but you can’t use it at the checkout. Then you call them and they speak to you like they don’t know what their doing or like their reading from a chatgpt script! “Turn your phone off and then it will work” … It’s evident this is a get money quick scheme because they don’t do any refunds whatsoever! Take your money elsewhere! I’ve placed an order, been charged but the app tells my order has not been confirmed with the restaurant. A call to the restaurant, I get told no order has been received?! A call to support .. and I get hold music!?! ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2025-09-05, version 2.9* I ordered a meal and as a new customer I had an email offering me a discount voucher for my next order. Went to use the code but although it said the voucher was applied, it still charged me the full amount. 2 weeks and at least 3 or 4 attempts to contact the app and still no response to my emails, let alone a refund for the voucher amount. They keep deleting my account even if after having ordered from it before.
