This app is useless. It doesn’t accurately track the progress of your order and it doesn’t give you any recourse when there are MISSING items on your order. I had to drive to the restaurant to resolve it.

I have only used the app once. It seems to work ok in most respects, however under my order details it displays incorrect times for placing of order and requested delivery. The times shown are five hours earlier than they should be. Clearly an adjustment for time zone is needed. This makes the app pretty useless.

I’m not sure why it has a high rating. It’s very slow, order timing is wrong, and app is buggy.

I placed an order at 4:20 pm for pickup at 6:30 pm. According to the app Order History, I placed the order at 12:20 for pickup at 2:30????
I had to call the restaurant to confirm that my order would be ready for 6:30, entirely negating the “convenience” of using the app. 
Clearly, something is wrong.

There isn’t an easy way to change my phone number through the app or online :( otherwise, it was easy to place an order.
