Peccato solo per: Aver segnalato un malfunzionamento su iPad (mai risolto) liquidato con “lo segnaleremo al reparto tecnico”…spariti, io ho ancora lo stesso problema, ovvero passando alla compilazione dei campi dell’ordine la tastiera sparisce e riappare senza rimanere fissa in fase di compilazione, ciò comporta parecchia perdita di tempo specialmente in fase d’ordine davanti al cliente. Ultimo aggiornamento crasha aprendo gli ordini vecchi nello storico, spero sistemiate anche perché lo storico è importantissimo. Ha ottime potenzialità, considerato anche il prezzo annuo mi aspettavo che almeno l’assistenza fosse all’altezza. Sarebbe gradito per i prossimi aggiornamenti almeno la richiesta di partecipazione ad un beta test visto che non è un gioco ma un app per lavorare. (I prodotti piú venduti al contrario) Input che puó fare la differenza nella gestione: 🔸agente/cliente, l’agente può fare offerte specifiche per ampliare la propria gamma di prodotti sul punto vendita, negozio. 🔸capo area.../agente, il responsabile puó monitorare l’agente e creare dei premi, o formare l’agente su quei prodotti dimenticati, non capiti a volte antipatici. 🔸azienda/mercato, l’azienda puó monitorare i propri prodotti e capire se la mancata vendita è solo una casualità da gestire o un dato di fatto da risolvere in termini di miglioramento o di articolo obsoleto da togliere. I competitor in quel singolo articolo sono migliori? Per quanto possibile voglio eliminare la concorrenza. Per farla breve, la partita la vince chi segna un goal in piú, il campionato lo vince chi prende meno goal.
