что за отношение к клиентам? принимают заказ   по настроению,рядом показывают машин с базы ни один не принимает заказ,принимайте нормальных работников на работу,тех кто реально хочет работать а не этих пустышек

К водителям такси вопросов никаких нет - все замечательно, у нас в Джубге приезжают, все отлично. Удобно, что есть система бонусов. Но к разработчикам данного великолепия уйма вопросов. Приложение постоянно теряет связь с сервером (даже у водителей не раз замечала это), точка на карте не соответствует фактическому адресу, ну и вишенка на торте - сейчас приложение вовсе не работает. Жалко конечно, так как это единственный вариант заказа недорогого такси у нас, но видимо возвращаемся к Яндексу. 
Кстати, был случай, что я отменила поездку из-за того что водитель долго не назначался - а в итоге приложение глюкануло, показало, что поездка отменена, но на самом деле водитель приехал и у меня списали бонусы 🤡 Пыталась связаться с поддержкой - результата 0, так как а самом приложении связаться не получится, только письма по эл почте…
