After an hour there was no sign of the food. When I rang the restaurant I was told no food had been prepared as the order had not come through from Jo app even though I’d been charged . This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this app. The manager kindly dealt with the issue but I have 2 hungry kids waiting for food abd to go to bed and still no food 90mins after placing the order. Don’t trust the app to deliver the order to the kitchen.
