## What is Orderat?

Orderat organizes the orders your business gets on WhatsApp and Instagram, tracks payments and profit, and sends your customer messages in one tap.

For home businesses, shops and boutiques, services, restaurants and cafés, and food trucks.

Every order in its place
• Each order with its due time, amount and status: new, confirmed, preparing, ready, delivered
• Pickup or delivery, with the full address and a delivery fee
• A Today screen: what's due, what to prepare, and who still owes you
• Daily capacity per product or per day, with special capacity for occasions

AI order entry
• Paste the customer's message or pick a screenshot
• Get the order filled in: items, quantities, time and notes. You review it and save

One-tap WhatsApp
• Order confirmed, order ready, time or payment reminders, and a clean receipt for your customer

Money, clearly
• Full or partial payments, and what each customer still owes
• Expenses by category, including fixed monthly ones
• Revenue, expenses and real profit, with charts for a week, a month, 3 months or a year
• Ask Orderat about your numbers in your own words: how much did I make this month?

Optional, your choice
• Simplified tax invoices: your tax number and your country's rate (Bahrain 10%, Saudi Arabia 15%, UAE and Oman 5%), with the ZATCA QR code for Saudi Arabia
• Stock: quantities go down with each order, with an alert before you run out
• Cloud backup and sync across phones, and staff with permissions via an invite code (with the subscription)
• A web app at orderatweb.com/app to use your shop from a computer (part of the subscription)

Market your business
• Your own shop link: customers see your products and order from it, with the payment methods you choose (BenefitPay, STC Pay, bank transfer and more)
• An AI photo studio for your product photos
• Ready campaigns for every occasion: Ramadan, Eid, national days, Teachers' Day

Your data stays on your phone unless you turn on cloud sync yourself. Orderat never logs in to your WhatsApp or Instagram.

Your own shop is free: orders, customers, products, expenses, reports and receipts, with no subscription. The subscription adds far more Ask Orderat questions every day (free includes 3 a day), the photo studio, occasion campaigns, your shop link, and cloud sync, the web app and staff.

Subscription: Orderat Basic, monthly or yearly. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, after which the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings in the App Store.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-04

• "Your week at a glance" is back on Today, with a new "Next 7 days" card: orders due and what is still unpaid.
• An "Out for delivery" step between Ready and Delivered.
• A default delivery fee, filled in for delivery orders.
• The AI reads pickup or delivery and the address from the customer's message.
• New order: pays on pickup by default; a deposit is an extra choice.
• Close the keyboard from any field.
• Clearer staff permissions, and a notice when a change was not saved.
• Security improvements.
• Stock and payments stay accurate when several devices work on the same shop, and an old order's invoice no longer changes when it is edited.
