## What is OrderE Merchant App?

OrderE Merchant is the shop-side app for restaurants, takeaways and cafes
running on OrderE. Orders, table bookings, refunds, your menu and your
opening hours all live in one place, so you can run the whole service from
your phone.

NEVER MISS AN ORDER
New orders arrive with an instant alert. Accept or reject in a tap, and see
the full basket, customer notes and fulfilment type before you commit the
kitchen to it.

ORDERS, ORGANISED
Pending, accepted, cancelled and refunded are separate tabs, so you always
know where an order stands. Search past orders when a customer calls back.

TABLE BOOKINGS
Booking requests land in the app the moment a guest sends one. Confirm or
decline, and keep pending, confirmed and cancelled bookings apart.

REFUNDS WITHOUT THE PHONE CALLS
Review refund requests, then process or reject them yourself. No back and
forth with support.

YOUR STORE, YOUR RULES
- Set opening and closing hours
- Set the delivery and collection times customers see
- Add extra prep time in one tap when the kitchen is slammed
- Turn delivery, collection or dine-in on and off as you need

MENU MANAGEMENT
Edit categories, items, sub-items and variations, update prices and change
what is available, straight from the phone. Changes go live for customers.

SALES REPORTS
See how the store is performing day to day. Reports and other sensitive
settings sit behind a PIN you set, so staff can take orders without seeing
the numbers.

CUSTOMER MESSAGES
Read and answer customer enquiries without leaving the app.

BUILT-IN ASSISTANT
Ask the in-app assistant about your store and get help with the app when you
are mid-service and cannot go hunting through settings.

MULTIPLE STORES
Run more than one location from a single login and switch between them.

ORDERE SHOP
Order printers, receipt rolls and packaging for the shop without leaving the
app.

An OrderE merchant account is required to use this app.

Refunds, in the app
Refund requests now come straight to you. Open a request, see the payment
behind it, then process or reject it — from any order tab or from More.
No support ticket needed.

A clearer home screen
Home now opens on today's numbers: orders broken down by status, and how
the day is splitting between delivery and collection.

Rebuilt table bookings
Pending, confirmed and cancelled requests are now kept apart, with the
guest's details easier to read at a glance.

Better menu editing
- Edit sub-items as well as items and variations
- Prices now show your store's own currency
- An eat-in price you haven't set reads "Not set" instead of showing as zero
- Saving keeps you on the page with a confirmation, instead of closing it

More page, reorganised
Settings are grouped into titled sections — store operations, reports and
access, app and account — so what you need is where you expect it.

Plus general stability and performance fixes.
