Should. Be able to login with Face ID and remember me on my device. Having to send an email and get a code every time to get logged in just to send or read a message is a huge inconvenience. ### 5/5 — Seahorse *2026-05-02* Been with orderly meds for over two years, could not be happier. Easily one of the best and well established GLP Tirzepatide companies that has been around from the very beginning of selling these weight loss meds. This is one company you can trust with the approved pharmacies they use for making their compounds. Their prices Are fair and competitive with no hidden costs. I’ve lost 40 pounds and am maintaining within the normal BMI range for my height WITH NO PROBLEM. Customer service and staff is always there for you if you have questions or need additional service and if not available at the time that you call because they’re busy they will get back with you. Suggest you reorder at least a week ahead of time before you use up all of your medication. ### 1/5 — OrderlyMeds (GLP Supplier) *2026-04-14* I ordered a GLP medication from OrderlyMeds and experienced notable side effects. When I reached out to request a refund due to those side effects, I was told they do not guarantee refunds once medication has been dispensed — and that if I wanted to continue treatment, I would need to place a new order at the current price. There was no consideration for the fact that I had an adverse reaction to their product. No accountability, no flexibility, no real support. If you’re considering ordering from them, make sure you understand that once the product ships, you’re on your own — regardless of how your body responds. I will not be returning as a customer, and I strongly encourage others to do their research before purchasing. ### 4/5 — Don’t round up!!!! *2026-02-28* As someone who is working really hard to see numbers on the scale go down, it’s frustrating that when I enter my weight on the app, I use the exact amount (using decimals) and it rounds. If it’s .5 or more it rounds up. Like excuse me. Don’t round UP! Say what it is. Or at least round down so ya girl feels good about herself. Isn’t that what this is supposed to be doing? I was really hoping the app would be more user friendly then the website 🫩 ### 3/5 — Info disappeared *2026-01-12* Im very frustrated with this app. I specifically use notes to record what side of my stomach I inject my medication. It’s there for a little while then disappears. Almost all my injections and weight I recorded have disappeared.
