We’ve lost $100s of dollars because of that alone. In addition, Orderport help desk has never once responded to my many emails clearly displaying glitches in their system. They never own up to their mistakes. What I really enjoy is when everything is functioning, once you know how to work around the various glitches, it’s the best system I’ve used.
