### 2/5 — The UI and Software is really bad

I can’t tell you how many times during a busy Saturday at the winery that the whole system shuts down and we’re unable to make payments with our guests. We’ve lost $100s of dollars because of that alone.

In addition, Orderport help desk has never once responded to my many emails clearly displaying glitches in their system. They never own up to their mistakes. 

What I really enjoy is when everything is functioning, once you know how to work around the various glitches, it’s the best system I’ve used. It has such potential but it seems the team refuses to make it better.
