## What is OrdersTracker?

OrdersTracker is a POS system with order taking functionality specialized more on gastronomy.
Once the table and menu information has been entered into the system, the waiters can easily take orders and send them to the kitchen or bar, in which OT Kitchen module, runs. Orders are listed on the screen in OT Kitchen Module, and new coming orders appear visually highlighted after acoustic notification.

OrdersTracker allows your customer to take orders by themselves without a waiter(self ordering). All you have to do is to create a qr code for the table, print it and place it on the table. You customers have to only scan the code. they don't event need to install an App.

OrdersTracker does not require a special device, you can install and use it on any iPhone or iPad.

Auf der Suche nach einem Kassen/Bestellsystem für eine Feuerwehr Großveranstaltung haben wir uns für OrdersTracker entschieden, was die Beste Entscheidung war die wir hätten fällen können!
Die Gäste waren begeistert wie geordnet und schnell die Bestellungen am Tisch waren.

Pro: 
1. Einfache und anpassbare Oberfläche
2. App Lösung, jeder kann sie auf seinem Smartphone nutzen, keine extra Geräte notwendig.
3. Digitale Küchenanzeige filterbar nach angelegter Kategorie (z.B. Getränkeausgabe sieht nur Getränke, Küche nur Essen) 
4. Lagerbestandsfunktion bei sich dem Ende neigende Bestände sehr hilfreich um Überbestellungen zu vermeiden
5. Beilagen Funktion hält die Einzelartikelanzahl gering

Wunsch: 
Da wir uns entschieden haben die Bestellungen immer gleich zu Kassieren wäre es toll wenn man den Bezahlvorgang in den Einstellungen anpassen könnte so das der Prozessablauf wie folgt wäre: 

1. Bestellung aufgeben 
2. Bezahlung 
3. Serviert 
4. Serviert bucht Tisch Bestellung vom Tisch wie bei der Bezahlungsfunktion im aktuellen Ablauf.

Top System, kann ich nur allen anderen auch empfehlen.
