Parcel boundaries, measurements, acreage, and Site Analysis results are approximate estimates based on public data and aerial imagery. They are not a legal survey and must not be used to establish property lines, place structures, or resolve disputes. Always hire a licensed surveyor for anything that requires precise boundaries. • The AI assistant can be wrong. Answers are generated from local ordinances and public data and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Verify anything you rely on with the official county, municipal, or jurisdictional source. • Location features are limited by your device’s GPS accuracy. Parcel detection, boundary marking, and “locate me” features depend on consumer GPS, which can be off by several meters or more. • Property, owner, value, zoning, flood, and related information comes from public records and government data services. OrdinanceIQ is not the source and does not guarantee its accuracy or currency. Granting location access (whether Allow Once or While Using the App) immediately starts GPS. Previously, the first permission grant could be ignored, making Allow Once appear not to work until you reopened the screen. Added • Clear location guidance. If location access is disabled or denied, Locate and Walk My Lines now explain what’s required and provide a one-tap Open Settings button instead of spinning indefinitely. ### 1.1 — 2026-06-26 Walk My Lines — our biggest update yet. Head outside and find your property lines with live GPS. As you walk, you'll see the distance to the line you're heading toward, the map zooms in as you get close, and your phone buzzes (with optional sound and voice) the moment you're on the boundary. Toggle a heading-up "car GPS" map, pinch to zoom, and tap to find your nearest corner. Smarter property answers. Ask about any property and get comparable sales, an estimated value range, and what's known online — price history, listing status, permits, and more — with sources you can check.
