## What is Ordio?

Deskless Workforce Management - Automate daily processes in your restaurant with Ordio Workflow Automation. In addition to comprehensive staff management and staff scheduling, you can use Ordio Workspaces to create duty rosters, record working hours, create checklists and store your employees' documents and much more.

- Checklists
Use checklists to create recurring tasks or one-off lists for your employees. From checkboxes to signatures, photos, text or values, a variety of answer options can be specified. A detailed evaluation helps to optimize operations.

- Query availabilities
You create shift plans or duty rosters and let your employees indicate their availability via applications or assign them directly yourself.

- Submit vacation requests
Your employees can manage vacation requests and sick days and are informed about updates.

- Time recording via app
Your employees check in when they start work (check-in), record their breaks and end their working hours in the app. If required, also with location-based restrictions (GPS) or a signature in the app as confirmation.

- Employee master data
Your employees update their master data independently and your tax advisor is informed directly on request. You invite your employee by e-mail, they fill in all the required master data and your tax advisor is informed. If you deregister the employee, your tax advisor will of course also be informed!

- Documents: Intelligent document workflows can be used to create rules with employees, work areas or employment relationships in Ordio. For example, driving licenses can be automatically requested from all employees with a vehicle. Or all employees in service and in the kitchen are asked to provide a health certificate. Since version 2.1, employees can now also edit the documents in the app.

All times at a glance and, if required, export them and make them available to the tax consultant.

Die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung funktioniert noch überhaupt nicht viel zu teuer am Anfang großartiger Service am Ende einfach nur enttäuschend eines meiner ganz wenig schlechten Bewertungen.

The app crashes constantly. Also the swapping system doesn’t allow you to reject others swap requests or withdraw yours, making unwanted swaps linger.

Es gibt keine Planübersicht aller Mitarbeiter und Schichten für den gesamten Monat, man muss sich immer Tag für Tag durchklicken. Völlig unübersichtlich. Tauschen: Unübersichtlich. Ausserdem spinnt der Kalender. Wenn man wissen will, wie man beispielsweise am 1.4. arbeitet, muss man auf den 2.4. klicken und so weiter. Solche Apps stellen Leute her, die noch nie was mit Gastro am Hut hatten. Anders kann man es sich nicht erklären.

Mit jedem Update wird die App schlechter, frag mich immer wieder, warum die Firma dafür Geld bezahlt. Da anscheinend versucht wird jedem Arbeitgeber gerecht zu werden, bleibt der Arbeitnehmer auf der Strecke. Nach dem letzten Update kann man nicht mal mehr sein Arbeitszeitkonto einsehen.

Die App bricht seit dem neuen Update mehrmals während dem benutzen ab. Außerdem werde ich direkt aus meiner Schicht geworfen wenn ich länger arbeite obwohl das früher so war, dass man das längere arbeiten einfach begründen musste. Selbst wenn ich jetzt mal früher da bin, zieht die App mir die Minuten am Ende wieder ab. Für eine Arbeit die nach Zeit entlohnt wird ist die App nicht geeignet.

In general is a very good working tool. I just wish that can be sended by broadcast media as well. Sometimes there are heavy bugs, but they get continuously solved! I am happy with Ordio.

Die App hat ständig Probleme, manchmal loggt man sich aus und das Fenster zum Zeit erfassen/unterschreiben öffnet sich immer und immer wieder. Bei den Checklisten schließt sich die App komplett, sobald man eine Sache abhakt.

Berechnet alles richtig und macht was es soll. Vor allem übersichtlich. Ein großes Manko ist, dass das rote Button seit Monaten an der App nicht mehr verschwindet. Sollte nach jeder Benachrichtigung wieder verschwinden.
