### 1/5 — Cannot Reach Their Box Office

We have tickets to a show in three hours.  There is a winter storm warning with no travel advised. I tried to contact the theater for options, ie, exchange the tickets for another performance.  Their Box Office does not take calls until an hour before show time. That’s past the time we would need to leave our house to be on time.

What a poorly written app, nothing is straightforward and when you finally do figure out how to get to your tickets there’s no way to add them to Apple wallet.

Why do I need an frickin app just to view my online tickets? And once I get them, why can’t I just add them to my wallet? I will be deleting the app after the show and choosing mail next time.

I would like the option to just download tickets / the process of downloading an App / setting it up and trying to sign in to get tickets is very time consuming and not user friendly .  The convenience factor is for the Ordway and not for the patron
