Reinstalled the app, turned my phone on and off. No luck. I wish this app would get fixed-I am using an iPhone 15 so the camera works. This app is the only one where scanning is so hit or miss. It is better with scratchers but not much. Tried changing the settings on my camera, tried with and without flash, scanned side to side, and nothing helped. Deleted and reinstalled the app, too. Really frustrating. UPDATE April 2024 I can’t believe it but this is worse. Now the app logs me out and then doesn’t let me log in due to a network error. My internet is fine and the app is on my phone, so cellular should work as a back up. Scanner is still hit or miss when I am logged in. Key issue is also that the app is worse with the lottery tickets than with scratchers.
