Oregon ONE Mobile is an official State of Oregon app. You can securely mange and take steps to apply for public medical, food, cash and child care. You don’t always have to call, go into an office or find a desktop computer. You can do a lot from your smartphone. Try it out. Available in English and Spanish. • See if your case or application is approved, denied, pending, closed and what actions you need to take. • See and download notices that were mailed to you • Check out your next renewal/periodic report due date, for SNAP, CASH, ERDC, and Medical Assistance. • Get important, time-sensitive alerts and notifications about your benefits. • Take pictures of supporting documents and attach them to get benefits. • Manage your ONE Online account email and password • Find a guided tour of the app, FAQs, and referrals for additional resources. I've been searching for 45 minutes trying different things, and then it times out and I have to keep logging in. This has happened five times now. Very frustrating, unfortunately. ### 2/5 — Unfortunate *2026-07-31* The app is consistently janky and or unusable. Constant crashing, freezing or lagging over and over makes it impossible to view any information whatsoever. Barely ever lets me access my info beyond the login screen. Definitely something that should be worked on considering the necessity of this app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on many devices *2026-07-18, version 3.0.32* The app simply doesn’t work on most devices. You might get to a login screen if you’re lucky. Just use a computer browser if you want to avoid throwing your phone in frustration ### 1/5 — Buggy app. Buttons won’t even work *2026-07-12* After I log in I’m greeted with a screen that thanks me for confirming my identity with a next button on the bottom. The next button doesn’t work and neither does any of the other buttons on the screen. I’ve reset the app multiple times and it still doesn’t work. When resetting the app I have to log back in and the same issue occurs. So I am hard locked when I log in ### 1/5 — You need new programmers. *2026-07-11, version 3.0.31* The app is garbage. ### 1/5 — Maybe the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. *2026-06-24* One simple complaint. Every period single. Time. I tried to log onto this app it says I’m using the wrong password. Every single time. It’s uncanny. I’ve never had this happen with an app before. But for some reason this app continues to do that. I am pretty frustrated and disappointed that my harder tax money is paying for some developer to create such a poorly designed app. Anyways, if this one thing is fixed it would probably bump my review up to three or maybe four stars. It’s crazy that all of Oregon that needs to use this app is stuck with such a piece of garbage. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-06-22, version 3.0.31* App does nothing. ### 2/5 — Poorly executed Application *2026-06-04* This app is so poorly designed that you can only do about half of what you should be able to do using the app before it forces you online to complete the tasks. The log in system is clunky such that people with limited computer skills will have much trouble accessing the app. I would recommend people use a desktop computer to access OREGONONE as they won’t have to use this sad app! ### 1/5 — USELESS *2026-06-02, version 3.0.30* Should have read the reviews before installing this app. Absolutely frustrating to say the least. Downloaded the app, signed up for paperless option, clicked to view my benefits and then it just stays on loading mode FOREVER! It’s been over 20 minutes and it’s still loading?! Deleting the app…it was a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Good lord *2026-05-25, version 3.0.30* If ur gonna force people to sign up, and download apps at least optimize them properly.
