It even lets you use biometrics. Not sure why this gets such a bad rap ### 2/5 — Bugs & Terrible UI *2020-12-15, version 30084* I have been helping my elderly parents with their banking during the pandemic and have had a terrible time with this app. It locks me out regularly even though I am putting the right information in. It also shuts down when I try to make a mobile deposit and tells me I’m still in the app! Maddening! I belong to two other local credit unions and never have these issues. Please upgrade and get some better IT support to improve this app for your customers. ### 2/5 — Will not do a mobile deposit *2020-05-19, version 30084* I have tried a number of times to do a mobile deposit. It gets to the copy check and locks me out. Have to wait 11 minutes to get back in. Sent a debug and they just said reload app which I have done several times. Then they closed my case! Not good when I am out of Oregon and need to make deposit! ### 1/5 — Too many glitches with mobile deposit *2020-05-06, version 30084* I’m on my third day of trying to make a mobile deposit. I had success the day before so I was excited to be able to do it so easily again. Every time I try to get the camera to work it freezes me out and drops the whole thing Instead of allowing me to try again. Then I have to wait 11-12 mins to try to log back on only to have the same issue. I’ve tried this with my phone and with I-pad. Sometimes it works and sometimes it’s just time to give up and drive to an ATM. ### 1/5 — Online services are horrible *2020-04-15, version 30084* With the amount of technology around nowadays you would think they could figure out how to make an app that works 99% of the time. Seems like every time you go to use the app you have a 50% chance of it working. It's incredibly frustrating and you'd think it'd be a priority for them to fix as other reviews have stated.
