## What is Oregonians Mobile?

This is a brand new digital banking app for Oregonians members. New features: manage all of your Oregonians memberships in one place, manage your debit and credit cards, monitor your credit score, submit member service requests, submit travel notifications, submit domestic ACH wire transfer requests, submit stop payment requests, view your ACH account numbers for electronic payments, and more. There are also major improvements with mobile check deposit, bill pay and P2P.

### 3/5 — App needs improvement

They are usually pretty responsive - however, at some point a glitch started happening where I'm not able to view any messages in the "Message Us" inbox. I have notified them twice about it a month ago but they only closed the support ticket and it's still not fixed. So that help feature is useless for the time being because you can't see any messages sent back from support and instead it's just always mostly blank with the error "Failed to load comments". A banking app should be glitch free. Please fix your app!!!

I moved to live with my oldest son back in 2013. I was still recovering from neck surgery after being assaulted in late 2011. Doing banking 2000 miles away just bothered me. Oregonians had just opened a branch in St Johns neighborhood about 3 blocks from my son’s house. I’ve never been happier with my choice to go with them for my banking needs. Real service, real people and I’m confident with their business ethics. Love being an Oregonians Oregonian.

I love this app so much! The User Interface is so helpful and easy to use! Highly recommend getting them as your credit union and really love this organization!!

It is now July 20 25 and this app continues to get worse. Credit union is unresponsive and does not care that they have an embarrassment of an untrustworthy app released into the wild. Use it at your own peril. 
Credit union customers continue to suffer with this lousy app. Trust is broken. App is phenomenally sluggish and unresponsive.
Where it asks for feedback it does not take any typed characters. When the "support" personnel respond their messages are not viewable in the app. Clients have no idea what is going on with the app let alone with their precious $money$.
CU leadership failures w/the app required that we move most of our deposits away.Between the weak app performance & low deposit rates it is folly to keep funds on deposit.
Oregonians Credit union leadership needs to take back control:
FIRE the contract programmers. 
Be willing to abandon this junk. At least be candid with members about whether we are paying the same programmers to "fix" their own errors. Are you doing that? Are you allowing them to build junk and then paying them to fix it?
Please get us an app that we can trust. Make an app that doesn't waste our time. Provide a feedback system that actually allows clients to inform you about your performance.
Right now it's in the tank.

I haven’t utilized all the features on the app yet, so can’t attest to everything, but for the features I do use, I’m completely satisfied. I love the ability to login with face recognition. Before I would have to type my user name and password each time, now logging in is a breeze. I’ve been a OCU customer for about 30 years and so glad for this app.

Have success with about 30% of the checks with mobile deposit. They really messed up things when they got their new app. I’ve reached out to managers, online support, tellers.. every time it’s a different reason or excuse why it didn’t t go through. Once I’ve exhausted my personalized checks I’ll be closing my accounts after 12 years. If online banking is important to you, beware. Deditnelt would get them an F rating for mobile depositing checks, or support with it.
