Operating features are cumbersome. Poorly designed. It is entirely useless, compete;y inflexible and lacks the most basic functionality. Can you resize a box by dragging handles? Nope, you can choose small medium and large boxes. Wrap text? As owner of 6 companies, I wanted to efficiently display who we are and what we do. I spent about 15 minutes trying to make a basic org chart, just to see what it can do. The "manual" option is very limited and is not customizable at all. The only thing you can customize is what goes in the bubble and its color. Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired (they blamed me for the app giving me a blank chart!), and the website she sent me to is either poorly configured, or isn't mobile compatible! Please either make a lot of changes or take this off the App Store! This is awful! Plus, my charts are very professional and I love being able to set up different color schemes by division. When I had a suggestion to improve the app, the developer quickly made the update and replied to my email. A week later, they sent another email and asked if I'd had the chance to test it and see if it better served my needs. Also, user interface is a bit clunky and could do with better fonts and design. Please increase the limit as I deal with large organizations. ### 2/5 — It's OK for small organisations *2015-12-12, version 2.8* This has limited functionality in that a maximum of 80 entries can be made. If your organisation map is bigger then don't bother with this app. Another function, supposedly available is the ability to import an .csv file (excel) which will allow for easier population of the parent/child grid. However, to do this requires registration to their main site via the Internet. To verify your e-mail address a process of validation is supposed to be sent to the address you provide but you don't get anything. A bit pointless this option as it won't let you sign up. Other than that it does make some useful org charts. Not tried to export any or convert to imagery yet but get the feeling this is also going to be problematical. ### 2/5 — Cannot recommend *2014-08-31, version 2.4* Very buggy. Every time you save you lose most of your parent/child relationships. You also lose where on your chart you placed something weather it was left/right or on the bottom. Very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Unorgasmic! *2014-07-17, version 2.4* Not very intuitive and awkward to use - who wants to type out a list to then create a chart which cannot be changed around. Go look at Grafio instead. ### 2/5 — promising, but buggy *2014-05-24, version 2.3* The application is one of few that are doing org charting fairly well. However, the manual mode offers limited functionality to place nodes in proper places, particularly due to the absence of peer connection. The color picker is convenient, but glitches from time to time and is impossible to correct. At 39 positions with one top node and 5 top sub-nodes the application fails to chart on screen the entire structure. Sincerely, I expected A bit more for the price charged. The review applies to iPad2 operating iOS 7.1.1.
