### 5/5 — Amazing ORGO app!

*2013-05-12, version 1.3*

Amazing application! Orgo condensed and organized by functional groups, I wish i found it before.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2013-03-28, version 1.2*

This app does a remarkable job at simplifying the mechanisms for O-Chem. I wish it had a quiz section with a notepad, but I can do that the old fashioned way on regular paper.

### 5/5 — So helpful

*2013-03-22, version 1.2*

Great. So much info. Really easy to understand explanations, definitely helps a lot with synthesis and learning this stuff. Well worth it.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2013-02-06, version 1.0*

Very informative and useful app. Best way to learn and practice organic chem. Well worth the price.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2018-12-24*

There are NO flash cards despite it saying that there are in the description.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2014-05-26, version 1.4*

80% of the mechanisms are grossly incorrect. I'd be fine if they were subtle errors. Mechanisms are nothin like the textbooks I used previously.

### 1/5 — Student

*2013-10-14, version 1.4*

Does not work on older iPADs, although no system requirement is specified on the Details page. A waste of money!

### 2/5 — Ok Resource

*2014-08-27, version 1.4*

It has some reactions required for Organic chemistry, but there were several missing. SN2 and E2 were not mentioned at all. There were several key aromatic reactions missing including friedel crafts acylation and many nucleophilic and electrophilic reactions. There were problems with the aromatic reactions that were there. It is a handy resource and does have some good info, but definitely not worth the price.

### 2/5 — Not great

*2014-03-31, version 1.4*

Im currently in Orgo. theres a lot of reactions missing from this app. I have the full version btw

### 2/5 — Wanted to like it.

*2014-02-07, version 1.4*

I was really excited to find this resource, so I even bought the full version. But I saw that the flashcard for the bromination of an alkene was incorrect; instead of anti-addition stereochemistry, the Br's were added on the same side. If this reaction was incorrect, how do I know the other are not, especially the ones I do not know yet. Please double check all of the reactions. You don't make studying any easier if the reactions are incorrect. I suppose its better just to make my own cards...

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2013-07-13, version 1.3*

Creator leaves out a lot of fundamental information, such as, when reacting with PBr3, tertiary alcohols normally never react with this. If he added notes concerning the details of the mechanism then this app would be worth the money. Looks like I'll be writing my own flashcards.

So, my take home message is, make your own flashcards.

### 3/5 — Pretty good

*2014-06-02, version 1.4*

there are some wrong reactions in the aromatic section, and I don't see a way to give them feedback on this other than writing this review.

### 4/5 — Lots of Mechanisms - Next Step

*2013-11-19, version 1.4*

Contains a large list of reactions, organized by reactant. It would be nice to be able to see it organized by product and a quiz-able version.

Very helpful, though.

### 5/5 — Read app’s description

*2021-08-18, version 1.5*

Easy to use. Click the class and specific rxn to see a detailed step by step. Essential for MCAT and OChem

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — The lord of the apps

*2019-11-10, version 1.5*

One app to rule them all... one app to bind them... If Sauron was alive he’d use this app.

### 5/5 — Concise and complete

*2019-11-10, version 1.5*

Simple to use, easy to digest, intuitive interface, and gives just enough info to serve as a great study and reference tool. Organic chemistry was/is one of the most difficult classes in the pre-med track and this app helps a ton!

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2016-04-16, version 1.4*

All the information I need for synthesis is right there. Tap on reactions to get mechanisms. Big time saver vs looking them up in my notes.

### 5/5 — Best

*2015-02-16, version 1.4*

I bought it and it save me in Organic class! Amazing it's worth it!

### 5/5 — Organic Chemistry Lifesaver!

*2014-12-26, version 1.4*

It explained difficult concepts well and quickly. It has all the reactions and mechanisms I've been studying, organized neatly with brief explanations. It helped me when the texts didn't. Definitely worth it! Thanks! Awesome app!

### 5/5 — Easy, efficient, and straight to the point

*2014-01-22, version 1.4*

One of the main tools I use in organic chemistry. Definitely recommend this app.

### 5/5 — Wouldn't have passed o chem without this app!

*2014-01-09, version 1.4*

I have to take organic chemistry for my pharmacy curriculum and was on a slippery slope right when the first semester began. About halfway through I got this app and this thing has done WONDERS for me!! Almost every reaction my teacher has tested me on is in this app and each reaction is complete with a vivid mechanism walk through! I'm actually looking forward to my second semester hahaha... I highly recommend this app to anyone taking organic chemistry. It is a must!

### 5/5 — Great for quick references

*2014-01-09, version 1.4*

Great app! I used this for orgo 2 homework every day. It was complete for orgo 1 and most of orgo 2. I highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Great

*2013-06-08, version 1.3*

Great app for studying Ochem for the DAT!
