The dances are really good and I’m burning out calories with minimum effort. I have used the app for a week though not consistent with daily workouts but I have managed to loose 1.5kgs . They charged my account twice day one day after the other. They will not let you talk to a live person and their response time is longer than 24 hours and it’s only through the app and they want you to keep the app open.
