It is just a regular app that shows you different dance moves to help you get active. I am only giving it 2 stars because of false advertisement & they made paying for something that I can’t use. They try to charge me twice a day sometimes. I never used app past the first day because frankly it was not helpful for me. Some people may enjoy but I didn’t care for it. But now I can’t even have money in my Apple Pay account in fear they will charge me multiple times when I have clearly cancelled. The dances are really good and I’m burning out calories with minimum effort. I have used the app for a week though not consistent with daily workouts but I have managed to loose 1.5kgs .
