Customer paid the amount for product, after the completion of payment they don’t respond & not give any update for the products. Simply they are doing the scam with this app. Why because of I have booked my product 3weeks back. Still I haven’t received any updates from them. I don’t know, how other customers gave ratings as full. I think they are this app/website representatives or staff friends/family. ### 1/5 — Hello guys *2024-08-20* I request you not to buy organic harvest products. This website is crap if you use any coupons from gpay or phonepe or in any apps they dont care of your products. And they dont care of your products they cancel it or they deliver you 15-30 days after. ### 1/5 — Unhygienic product and worst customer care *2023-07-06* I have received the product in which body is like dirty. When I raised this concern to the WhatsApp customer care chat then they have told me that I should use it as there is a seal irrespective of the product body hygiene levels. They told me that that is the standard that Organic Harvest provides to customers. Bottom line is that product will have seal and custoemr should use it even if it is dropped in septic tank before delivering it to the customer. They are not at all worried about the hygiene of the project body. ### 1/5 — Not received my product *2023-05-06* This application is so bad their is no customer service to tlak to or complain to , i prepaid my order when i track in it is not ship its been like 2 month from now. I hope everybody learn from my mistake they doesn’t even care to help me .
