I'll stick to building and updating org charts from my laptop. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2026-05-07* So many useless features when it doesn’t have any of the features you actually need. It cuts off most of the text if you want to display anything more than a few words and you can’t control the size of the text or expand the boxes beyond the arbitrary limit. I tried for an hour to display the names of multiple board members under one box, it would cut off the text I put under it and wouldn’t let me add a new box above it. You can’t move boxes manually and need to mess around with settings in order to maybe get it where you want it to be. You also can only add a boxes downwards never upwards which is extremely frustrating.
