## What is OrganizeOS?

Stick a QR label on a box. Scan it later and see everything inside, with photos.

OrganizeOS keeps track of what you own and where it is: rooms, shelves, bins, boxes and the things in them, nested as deep as you need. There's no account and no OrganizeOS server. Your inventory is stored on your phone, with an automatic backup to your own iCloud Drive.

SCAN TO OPEN
Point the camera at a label and that box opens. Scan a label the app hasn't seen before and it offers to create whatever it's stuck on. It works with any QR code labels, bought or printed, and you can add things without a label too.

NEST ANYTHING
A room holds a shelf, the shelf holds a bin, the bin holds your things. There's no limit to how deep it goes, and "Everything inside" lists the full contents of any box.

FIND IT FAST
Search by name, description or tag. Each result shows where it lives, like Garage > Shelf 2 > Blue bin.

ADD THINGS QUICKLY
• Say an item's name instead of typing it. Turn on "Listen when adding items" to add a run of things back to back.
• Add photos to boxes and items.
• Record a voice note about what's in a box.
• Add quantity, value, tags and a description to anything.

MOVE IT WHEN IT MOVES
When a box changes places, scan its new spot or pick it from a list. Everything inside goes with it.

KEEP IT TIDY
"Needs cleanup" shows what's missing a photo or a label. Archive things you've gotten rid of, and restore them if you need to.

BACKUPS
When iCloud Drive is on, a backup is saved there automatically. You can also export a backup file to keep anywhere and restore from it later.
