### 3/5 — Questions

*2017-11-27, version 4.9.18*

How do I use eigenhower view?
How do I track project progress?
How do I drop emails on app?

### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work done to make it user friendly !

*2015-07-11, version 2.9.0*

Certainly the iPad version is full of bugs and consequently associated head aches.
Client support is virtually non existent.
You have been warned!
Money ill spent!

### 4/5 — Great program for the price!

*2014-11-16, version 2.1.0*

I have just started using this program. It took a little while to set up as I was switching from a paper system. The tutorials are a HUGE help but they are based on an earlier version. I email for help on a few functionality issues and am waiting response.

### 4/5 — Good but last upgrade was not as easy to use

*2014-08-28, version 2.0.5*

When you want to have everything in the same place, consult and upgrade is very good.

It takes time to update de status or follow ups but its fine for a weekly follow up basis

### 2/5 — Like Ominifocus (good and bad)

*2014-07-17, version 1.9.6*

This is a task manager with many of the features of Omnifocus but at a much lower price. It looks like they also copied all of the Omnifocus faults which forces me to 2-stars (the same as I gave the very-expensive Omnifocus set of applications I bought)...

First, it is closed to the outside world - no way to import from IOS tasks, Outlook, Toodledo, etc.

Second, I fault this as I do many task management programs as "living in the past". The day of the standalone task manager is gone. There needs to be an integration with calendars and notes to be even close to usable as a planning tool.

Third, complicated data entry required for simple tasks.

Sorry but this is a miss.

### 4/5 — My go-to project task app

*2014-07-14, version 1.9.6*

It's a good app for managing tasks for multiple projects. What's missing is the ability to filter on user selected variables, setting a default screen to a specific project, and viewing completed tasks.

### 4/5 — Great for keeping projects on schedule

*2014-03-16, version 1.8.1*

I found using this app gave me the ability to track and manage all aspects of my projects. Keep the updates coming and give me more flexibility like adding a Gantt chart to assist with project tracking.

### 5/5 — Must Have

*2014-02-04, version 1.8.1*

Have tried other applications and I find it extremely easy and a necessary tool for keeping projects and priorities. Still have much more to learn and experience. Keeps me on track!

### 5/5 — Excellent organiser

*2013-12-31, version 1.8.1*

I've only just started using this App but first thoughts are really positive. I'm sure it will help my planning enormously.

### 4/5 — Lost feature

*2013-12-05, version 1.8.1*

This app has been a complete Godsend.
Just wondering why the landscape orientation no longer shows the left side panel (nor is there a settings option to choose this) in the latest update.

### 2/5 — complicated

*2013-09-03, version 1.7.6*

Not user friendly.

### 3/5 — Good

*2013-09-03, version 1.7.6*

Has potential. Push notification does not work consistently. I'd like to be able to use frequently

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Was really really good, a five star player, now unsupported? Hence one star...

*2018-12-07, version 4.9.70*

My go to app for a while with the Pro version on all my devices across iOS and Windows I’d invested a fair amount in it. Good, powerful, effective - once you learn some of its idiosyncrasies, as some others have said.

Now seems to be unsupported. Emails not answered, app does not seem to be being updated, Twitter and Facebook feeds are old and outdated. Based on that I’d recommend extreme caution before parting with money. I’m now looking for an alternative.

Sad really because having used many this was the best I’d tried and had settled on it as The One...

### 1/5 — Ugh

*2018-05-02*

The new update deleted all of the tasks I had written down... I lost everything... I guess lesson learned to not rely on using electronic programs for scheduling all my important tasks

### 1/5 — DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

*2017-01-23, version 4.1.3*

KEEPS ASKING ME TO UPGRADE EVEN AFTER I PAID FOR IT.

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2015-11-16, version 2.9.1*

Opened the app and the first time I attempted to add an entry it crashed. Sounds like this hasn't been fixed in several months. Not a good sign.

### 1/5 — LOL sad!

*2015-08-19, version 2.9.1*

Every time I touch to create an entry the app crashes on my iPad Air on iOS 8.4! Thank you for the free version so I know NOT to buy it.

### 1/5 — Very disappointing

*2014-08-15, version 2.0.5*

I could not get this app to work, further more it’s locked my phone which I eventually resolved but its now a ‘stuck’ app that I cannot remove. I’ve tried resetting, syncing with my laptop, resetting again and I cannot remove it.

### 1/5 — Sync

*2014-06-26, version 1.9.5*

Cloud2 doesn't work. It has totally screwed up my life as my iPad and Mac are completely out of sync almost all the time. Seems like time to move on. Great product if it would work

### 1/5 — Could be a Great app, but crashes consistently.

*2013-08-22, version 1.7.6*

Even with the new update the app crashes consistently. Whenever I go to type in the note section of a task the app will crash. Can't insert photos from photo library. The only to insert a photo or other attachment is to take the photo with the app. Often times I receive photos via text and would like the option to insert them to a related task. The fact that I paid for this app and cannot use it for what I purchased it for is very frustrating. Whats the point of having a task manager app if it crashes every time you add a task or update a Task?

### 1/5 — Crash

*2013-08-17, version 1.7.6*

During update is stuck in installing and no way to get out of it.

### 1/5 — Can't get sync to function

*2012-11-02, version 1.2.2*

Purchased Organize HD:Pro and Organize for Windows so I could work between my laptop and iPad. So far unable to get it to work after spending a few hours reading the instructions and trying number of things. I have submitted a support ticket to see if this can be resolved. If not, I have wasted $39 + $7. This is the critical function for me and without it, the programs are useless.

I will revise my review if I can get sync functioning both ways. At the moment, I can not get data from my laptop to the iPad.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Comprehensive GTD app

*2022-06-15, version 4.10.54*

Have used app for several years.
It is very comprehensive app and avail across all platforms.
Great program.

### 5/5 — Upgrade idea

*2019-03-26, version 4.10.18*

How about Gantt and PERT techniques and the use of Pareto graphs

### 5/5 — For busy people

*2019-02-23, version 4.10.14*

This app does everything, from simple tasks and reminders to creating involved projects. This app covers everything..

Well worth the price

### 5/5 — Me Nik V

*2018-06-11, version 4.9.61*

Top stuff having ADHD this has become part of my daily routine.

### 5/5 — Very interesting!!

*2018-04-19, version 4.9.57*

I am a total Omnifocus user, but even though its my go to app i found Task Pro while looking around and decided to give it a go... And i am very surprised - its a useful app though a little confusing at first - once over the slightly frustrating start stick with it and it actually make a lot of sense. Love the different views , especially the Kansan view...
Anyway liking it so far...i do feel its a little dated in some respects but that is not always a bad thing...
All in all i think this is a decent app with great syncing too....for a one off reasonable price....
Thanks

### 5/5 — Day 700...still very pleased.

*2017-10-16, version 4.9.7*

Update.
Still using this..the others Toodledoo and Errands have fallen by the wayside.

Original review c2015
Bought this because I wanted something more sophisticated than Errands. Also bought Toodledo at the same time but abandoned that almost immediately because you have to pay and link to their website to create sub-tasks.

So far (day 2) Organise has everything I want as far as loading action, tasks etc. You can have sub-tasks, and sub-tasks of those etc. You can assign multiple user defined "Contexts" to a task. These two elements (sub-tasks and contexts) give great flexibility: the formal hierarchical way to look at my actions, and meaningful groupings (e.g. all the phone calls I need to make, or all the questions I need to ask my boss when I next see her).

It's too early to say how effective it is at managing my time. Maybe I should make a note to report back in a month or so :-)

I spent a couple of hours researching this, and I am happy with my choice. (though I'll still use Errands for simple checklists).

### 5/5 — Best project or to-do app

*2017-09-30*

Best in Class!
Strengths
• Freemium offer is fully functional (especially important for non-profits). This allows for rapid scaling out to those who have limited project tasks, while paid options allow core team members to go beyond the 250 tasks, 6 Project freemium limit. (I suspect that many freemium users try will find app so helpful they will buy into paid options and share this tool with other orgs that need it).
• Urgent, Important, Priority, Reminders/Review, Task Description/Note, Context filtering, Duration, comments, Attachments, Timeline, Subcribers/People RACI, subprojects, and Progress in combination allow the best in class combination of task features available with a freemium option.
• Kanban, Mind Map, hierarchy, List, Next Action, Urgent and Important, By Duration, Project Dashboard, Urgent, Important, Prioritized, Repeating, and Everything views provide a best in class easy access perspectives on work. You can drill down into Flagged, Upcoming, Running, Overdue and so many other custom options.
• Purchase: no subscription hook! I don’t mind paying for additional feature sets as needed, but having to pay a subscription to keep things going is really a one sided business relationship. Kudos Taskfabric!

Weaknesses
• Need option to select which iOS calendars show. Project managers manage multiple calendars and you don’t need all to show (e.g. birthday calendar for 5k contacts distracts from important appointments in Next Actions view)
• No spell check!
• Extensive feature set needs more documentation. They have basic FAQs, but more is needed for first time users. A day in the life view with a narrative on best practices would also be a great supplement.

Opportunities
• Automation - Apple will hopefully bring back some variant on Apple Script or Automation which you can integrate with. Until then, IFTTT and Workflow have lots of options that could be launched by task. It would also be nice to select articles or text and to create a task from them. While you can do that via email, the Action menu available in all apps in is the cleaner option.
• Links in addition to attachments. Especially now that there is a iOS Drive file system that goes to cloud services, it would be good to pick the file and have a link, instead of a copy that may be outdated shortly.

### 5/5 — Very Effective Tool

*2016-03-07, version 2.9.1*

I have found this app to be very effective. I have tried many time management tools in the past. However, this app allows me to track all my tasks over several months and re-prioritize them as needed. There are many other features that I have found to be useful to me.

### 5/5 — excellent organizer!

*2014-12-02, version 2.1.1*

powerful and no unuseful trash functions.

### 5/5 — While it takes getting used to!

*2014-09-20, version 2.0.8*

While not intuitive, the app allows me to enter and track multiple work projects, and then access them on my iPad and iPhone. Also have it on my Mac.

As I learn the app I get more practical use from it.
App developers are responsive to support emails!
