Personally, I've never been a journal person.
But Ori has shown me sides of my own data that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise.
What surprised me most is this: when I speak, I seem to understand myself differently than when I try to write.
There's something about saying things out loud - and then seeing the patterns between my words and my own data - that makes things click.
Maybe I'm still not a journal person.
Maybe I just needed a different way to journal.

I enjoy getting daily reflections, it feels very grounding to me at the end of the day. Easy to use and I like the zen design
