Sadly ever since the New app is available it is Not available yet to mostly customers with credit cards, We have both Debit and Credit cards from Oriental Bank in PR, But still not been able to merge the Old app account to the new one! We went in person to the bank and Sadly all they can do is inform we have to wait. So how long more? Hopefully When again? Anyone can answer help please?

So I and family members can’t use the New App yet after almost a year Still waiting to use this new app , but the merging process is Slow like the bank itself. And yes we went to the bank and the lady manager lied to us like many with the same excuse, that they merged her account just the day before, Funny in every company in PR they use the same Lame lies excuses! Please fix. We still are force to use the Old App instead of this one that is not letting us in sadly.

Al principio podias usar codigos de 4 digitod sin problema ahora no. La nueva actualización ahora no puedo ver la cuenta sino la sugerencia para ti pero la cuenta para entrar y verla es en transferencia asi q por favor hagan los arreglos porque no deseo ver la sugerencia sino la cuenta

Hace muchísimo tiempo me acerqué a Oriental Bank para utilizar sus servicios como mi banco de preferencia y jamás me he arrepentido, sus servicios son de primera, calidez humana espectacular y su aplicación de servicios en banca electrónica excelente. Y si el Punto eres tú.
