I ordered food from the app at around 5pm and got told that the order had been confirmed then 2 hours later no food had arrived so I rang them up and got told that it was out for delivery and would be approx 10-15 minutes so we waited, an hour later at 8pm still no food so we rang up and said that we wanted it here in 10 minutes or just cancel it (we where paying in cash as the app wouldn’t even let us use a card) then we get a call from the restaurant saying that apparently we had never even placed an order even though I got an order conformation from the app and both times I rang up they confirmed my order and name and address so obviously someone there was lying. So basically the app is faulty and needs to be checked out and somebody needs to be fired.

### 2/5 — Fine for card orders but cash doesn’t work

If you select to pay cash on collection, the app says the order has been placed but it never goes through. This has been going on for some time now. I’ve tried it on multiple devices, even whilst standing in the takeaway with staff. The order just vanishes. If you pay by card it’s fine.
