### 1/5 — Outdated nonfunctional APP

*2025-03-27*

Dont download this version. Origami discontinued this version in 2024 and introduced a new app-BUT they did not make the new version available on the app store? This version is 100% unsupported and non functional. You need to get the new one at origamirisk.com/mobile-apple

A lot of my organizations associates get frustrated as they download the one on the store only to discovet they cant actually do anything with it

*2024-10-10*

There always seems to be an issue with the app. Countless time lost trying to I put something and then you find out it won’t submit.

### 1/5 — Failed in my time of stress

*2024-06-07*

App did not open properly. Was a glitch on my iPhone asking for account name. Could not process claim. Tried numerous times. Terrible experience while in midst of upsetting accident

### 1/5 — Old app was better

*2024-04-11*

The newest version of the app is now harder to use and less user friendly. Forms are more complicated now and more confusing. I’m all for updates but this wasn’t a positive step

### 1/5 — major L

i think it’s wild u gotta delete and reinstall an app instead of just hit update on the app store. i be gettin in trouble at work for someone bad app development

### 1/5 — Can’t sign in

*2023-04-08*

It would be helpful to have some instructions on how to sign in. Do I sign in with an account that I already have through my employer? I need to create an account? If I can’t sign in them the app is useless

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2022-09-07*

The app keeps saying my account is not working. Give it a Zero

### 3/5 — Support for bigger iPhone screens

*2021-07-01*

Please update to support the bigger iPhone screens

### 2/5 — Needs Update

*2025-06-12*

This app appears to have been abandoned. It has not been updated in over 2 years and lacks support for the latest form types - it actually isn’t even updated for tall iPhone screen sizes, which happened a decade ago. Will likely not work for your business use and would encourage others to reach out to see if support is coming for this tool.

### 2/5 — Not Ready for Prime Time

*2021-09-01*

This app is good as far as it goes. The problem is that it doesn’t go far at all.

It doesn’t allow me to enter our “Operating Center.” It forces me to accept the default setting which is another facility some 90 miles away. Our employees are ours, not theirs, so, in its present form (no pun intended) this app doesn’t do us any good.

I realize the intention is good but, you know, “the road to Hell…” and all that.

But, rather than simply complaining, please allow me to make some suggestions.

First, there needs to be a way to enter our operating center’s information locally. If Origami wants to do it centrally to insure data integrity, fine but that’s a lot of work for them. However, if they limit how locally information is formatted, then local data entry becomes more of a realistic idea.

Next, there needs to be an employee database tied to each specific shift at each specific operating center. Obviously, that information will need to be entered locally. For our shift at our operating center, I have all of that information in a spreadsheet on my computer. Once it gets entered into the app’s database, it would just need to be updated periodically—just like I have to do now.

Then, when the supervisor enters the employee’s name or employee ID number, all the proper employee information is entered into the form just like the supervisor’s information and operating center information.

The supervisor performs the evaluation and, once it is complete goes to the next employee.

I have faith this app can be highly useful—someday.

Unfortunately, the app is currently miles away from what I have suggested.
