Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review — that's exactly the kind of report that helps me, and I'm sorry the helicopter ended in frustration. The last rotor blade really is the hardest part of that model. By the time you reach it, the first three blades have locked several layers together, so there's very little paper left to work with. What usually helps is to open the model back up as shown in step 10 instead of trying to force the blade closed — gently separate the layers, wrap the edge around from the inside, and only flatten everything down at the end. A slightly larger and thinner sheet (15 cm or more, thin kami rather than thick craft paper) also makes a noticeable difference on that final blade. Your point about the beginner models is fair too. If you fold regularly, the easy section will feel light — have a look at the "Advanced" difficulty in the Instructions tab, and I'm actively working on adding more challenging models.
