This app needs a massive overhaul please upgrade the user experience and stability of the app. Constantly encountering error messages or lagging. Add functionality like PayID, realtime transaction information, add instant transfers similar to most banks.

As a long term Origin customer I find this App perfect in my experience .. everything I need it to do, it does .. in a way it’s too good .. in the sense that things I would previously call Origin about I can now do on the App .. or the Website .. so sadly I miss out on speaking to the friendly Origin team as much as I used to! Thank you Team Origin, including the IT team that developed, maintain, and upgrade this App .. BRAVO to you all !!! 😀 .. 🐬🎸🤸‍♀️👌🍾🎈🥂🎉❤️🏄‍♀️🎷🎊 .. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 … P.S. I’ve been using the web version to log in for last couple of years. It’s been fine. Even logging in with FaceID has been great.  Judy recently, (probably around the time 2step authentication was added), it wouldn’t open, just a blank white screen. 

So I checked to see if there is an app now, which there is….. 

So I can login, halfway, then still need to enter sms code as well? Fail! 

Also, the web version showed the mortgage account balance, the offset account balance and the mortgage minus the offset amount too.  It would be good if the app can show all three as it is easy to see your financial position without needed to get out the calculator.

Can’t complain about the lone rates though. 

Thanks for making the app, just needs now tweaking.

Be good if the app didn’t require a 2 step verification (6 digit pin from SMS) when logging in.  Sufficient to use FaceID or backup phone pin when using it on the app.

Other than that, app functions as expected.
