Sometimes the load # disappears from screen before I have a chance to scan docs and then I need to do a manual scan. Sometimes the load # doesn’t even show up and again I need to do a manual scan. I’m told by the administrators in my company that I’ve scanned 100%, but since there are 2 different methods of entering info in the app, I’m left unsure if I’ve accomplished that. If I’ve missed a load I’d like that feedback. 2- I believe that I’m scanning everything properly but a confirmation feature would be nice so I know that it has been received. 3- The shortcuts that I can click on the main screen that show the load info should remain longer; possibly until I dismiss it myself via the app or some set time period so I don’t have to do a generic scan and enter the info myself. Regional and LTL work can move at a fast pace and I often wait until the end of the day to scan all of my documents at once but by then the shortcuts have been removed because I’ve received a new dispatch. ### 4/5 — Gurnoor singh *2019-11-24, version 2.2.2* It’s good app less paper work ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This app is the worst app ever created *2022-08-09* It works less than half the time, you have to delete and reload, and then it doesn’t recognize your account, so wait an hour and then it will recognize you. Will work for a week or two, and then it will quit responding and will have to repeat deletion and reload process. Never had an app so ill managed. Absolutely pathetic. If you are a company thinking about going this route, don’t. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2022-03-23* My company uses this app for it delivered loads. It’s worthless. I’m constantly get a call from my company, asking me to please send your shipping delivery. I send it the minute it signed, but for some reason they never get it. Are constantly asking me to send it! It makes me feel like my company thinks I’m not doing my job, But that is not the case. I constantly send them screenshots of where it tell you The order # and it was sent!! So myRecommendation is do not go with this app. You constantly feel like your company thinks your not doing your job, when you are! Truthfully because of this app and the feeling I get when they ask me “please send paperwork” (makes me feel like they think I’m not doing my job) It’s not worth feeling that way. Unless you want your company questioning you that your not doing your job when you are. DO NOT USE GHIS APP Never had a problem with other similar apps out there. Screw this job and as long as they continue using this app I quit!! ### 1/5 — Don’t really know *2021-03-16* It was working fine, all it does is keep sending me a code to try and start it again and agin , don’t know, will have to get with my company to see what to do. ### 1/5 — HIPPA information required in violation of Federal HIPPA laws *2021-02-02* The app developers have written code into the app requiring the driver for the carrier who is using the app for scanning purposes to allow the ORIGIN app access to the iPhone users “Motion & Fitness” before the app will “unlock” and allow the iPhone user to use the app. I have absolutely no problem allowing the app to use my location while using the app, however my “motion and fitness “ contains medical information I don’t feel comfortable allowing the app developer owners nor my Transportation Carrier employer access to. My medical information is none of the carrier nor the app developers business!!! Period. If I could rate zero star I would!! ### 1/5 — Trash *2020-01-27* This app I garbage. It crashes and takes forever to load. I try to send my stuff and it just continuously loads. It's like it's running on a very slow operating system. Every update we have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Many glitches on the app side that cause me to NOT want to use the app, as some days it works well, while other days it’s a mess. I would think all the glitches would be fixed prior to releasing it... or at least tell us we’re the guinea Pigs doing the beta-testing. ### 2/5 — Not designed for a driver *2019-07-16, version 2.1.3* Good idea, but I need longer arms to move away from page to scan. Image is too large, perhaps a zoom function can be included. Also, even when dead on straight, image is still off? And my loads keep disappearing! ### 3/5 — Will no longer scan *2022-02-07* The app says that the license has expired (whatever that mean) and to contact the app manufacturer. 🤦🏾 how do you do that??? Employer said to log out then back in. After 8 tries and 8 different pin codes sent me … still won’t accept scans or attachments. 🤷🏾 ### 3/5 — It’s an ok app, not user friendly but corporate friendly *2020-05-06* The app has no way of confirming that the office has received your paperwork. So when you get your check and are missing pay when you call the office to ask why they say because you never turned in your paperwork, and I say yes I did, I sent it in using the app. Well I have no proof that this ever happened with this app, at least with TRANSFLO app you would receive a confirmation number that they could look up and find the paperwork you sent.
