This is not the official ugg app. If you want some real uggs, you have to go to their actual website. They had a sale on shoes and I ordered 4 pairs, once the order was in, they did not send me a confirmation email. I have a lot of experience with ordering from ugg so immediately I knew something was wrong. The next morning, I recieved an email stating that if I wanted the shoes to be shipped, I had to send an email back of a PHOTO OF MY DEBIT CARD FRONT AND BACK so they can verify the authenticity and make sure it’s no fraud. So I requested a refund and stated that I no longer wanted the shoes and if they could refund my money back. They then sent me an email back enforcing to send card information and again I asked for a refund regardless of their policy. They stopped replying all together to my numerous emails, they still have my money and I have no shoes. Pay attention!
