The ship itself was laid out very nicely and was spotless clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The shows were fun andplentiful, always something happening. However, we did not enjoy having to stand for whole performances of some shows(there was no seating at all). Strange, as a paying cruiser, seats are a must. The pool areas were very nice with plenty of seats. I found the one pool hard to get in and out of even with a railing, the steps were too high. Hot tubs were plentiful, right temp and had friendly people. Our room was roomy even with three people. The bathroom was more spacious than your typical ship bathroom. The counter top was large, the toilet area private with door. Nice feature On the down side we did not like the food. I felt you are trying too hard for something out of the ordinary, exquisite with unusual food items and prep when all I really want is a home cooked meal without being given strange looking and tasting combinations that have no substitutes except tofu?????? I felt like I was being given one choice take it or leave it. Very frustrating. Now we did enjoy The Galley especially the salad soup bar!!!! Both apps would lock up and I had to my phone on and off in order to make it work. I was on iOS/iPhone 16. It was very frustrating. Still useless in cruise while on shore (btw, if your CTO claims a technical challenge in making that better, fire him/her, they dont know what they are talking about), still the same refresh issues, development designed navigation, using three different way to talk about the day, date, day number and actual day name which becomes quite hard when there is two Thursdays , which one is it????), and ssooooo many other challenges. And since they changed like 50% of the shows timing, you have to suffer this app to race to update everything. So terrible. ### 3/5 — Poor at notifications *2025-05-29, version 132.32.6* The lack of notifications, reminding you of upcoming activities this problematic. Especially with all the time changes that occur on the boat. To get a warning that something is coming up and reminding you of the time would be very helpful at ship time. But it doesn't remind you of the upcoming things you've put on your schedule.
