## What is Oriha?

The period tracker that keeps your secrets.

Your periods, pain and symptoms are encrypted on your iPhone and opened with your face. Nothing in Oriha is used to track you or linked to you. Scroll down to App Privacy and see for yourself.

From your first period to perimenopause, Oriha gives you a likely range instead of a made-up date, a map for your pain, and a report your doctor can read in a minute.

Walk into your appointment prepared.

Oriha turns months of "I think my periods are heavy" into a plain report you can hand to your doctor: bleeding, pain, symptoms and patterns, laid out the way a clinician reads fastest. Print it or send it before you go.

It tells you when something is worth mentioning.

Bleeding longer than usual. Cycles that have changed. Pain that keeps coming back. Spotting between periods. Oriha notices and says so plainly, so you can stop wondering whether you're overreacting and start the conversation with facts.

Made for the hard stuff.

Mood and symptoms, every day. A quick daily diary of mood, energy, sleep and symptoms, so patterns before your period show up across cycles instead of staying a feeling.
A body map for pain. Where it hurts and how strongly, day by day, plus what made it worse and what helped.
Perimenopause mode. Hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood and changing cycles, tracked over months.
Irregular cycles. Predictions that widen honestly instead of guessing, and a cycle length history you can actually read.
A discreet daily reminder. For your pill or anything you take at the same time each day. On your lock screen it just says "Oriha".
Cramps, headaches, mood, clots, flow and your own custom symptoms.

It won't pretend to know.

Most period apps give you a date. Oriha gives you a likely range for your next period, an ovulation and fertile window estimate, and says "not sure yet" when it isn't sure. No made-up dates, no false confidence, no pretending an irregular cycle is regular.

Nobody sees this. Not even us.

Your entries live in an encrypted database on your iPhone, behind Face ID. Oriha has no server to send them to, so there is nothing for us to sell, share or hand over. The only thing the app ever reports is an anonymous crash log, and the App Privacy section says exactly that.

Your partner will know before they have to ask.

Pair Oriha with their phone. They see where you are in your cycle and when your period is likely, without asking. Nothing goes through the internet. It moves phone to phone over your own Wi-Fi.

One tap.

"I'm bleeding today" marks it, on your iPhone and on your Apple Watch. Add more when you want to, never because you have to.

Trying to conceive

Mark basal body temperature and ovulation test results, see your fertile window on the calendar, and switch to pregnancy mode with week-by-week dates the moment it happens.

Moving from another app

Bring your history over from Clue, Flo or Apple Health. Nothing to re-enter.
