Unlike most nutrion tracking apps. This really allows you to educate yourself in the areas your missing. From simple tips to diving in deep to micronutrients, blood flow enhancers, optimal sunlight exposure.

It was great to find this app that combines the functions of a few apps I used to use into one place. Interface is super clean and intuitive. No adverts clogging up the page like some of the other apps. 

The ai photo capture is so quick and easy to use and it is as accurate as weighing out all the part of my meal. Such a time saver. The new sunlight metrics are very cool, I’ve not seen that on any other apps.

I’ve tried a bunch of fitness and wellness trackers over the past few years and this one actually feels like it’s adding value rather than just collecting data like so many do. I genuinely feel so much better as a result of using it.

It combines a bunch of stuff you usually need multiple apps for in one place (nutrition, vitamins, light exposure etc). 

The vitamin D tracking is something I’ve not seen in any other app and is really useful. I was surprised at how lacking I was here before using it!

You can tell it’s been built by somebody who really understands optimisation and also what people want. If you’re somebody who cares about health optimisation or just wants to feel better day to day, I’d deffo give this a go!
