## What is Oriora Meal Tracker?

Oriora Meal Tracker is a local-first food and weight log.

• Log meals four ways — type, photo, nutrition-label scan, or barcode. Calorie and macro figures are estimates.
• Log your daily weight and see your own trends.
• Get a plain, observational weekly recap of what you logged.

• Say it instead of typing it. Start a live call and talk — "porridge and a banana for breakfast" — and it logs while you speak. Ask what you logged this week, correct an entry, or have it write the week up and keep it in a folder in your own GitHub or Google Drive.

All figures are estimates. This app tracks what you enter — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or diet plans. AI features run on your Oriora account.
