**Developer response:**

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.35 — 2026-09-05

More places to delete records.

- The Edit Record screen now has a "Delete This Record" button at the bottom. Delete on the spot, whichever screen you opened it from - collections, lines, Records or Data Management.
- Collections and line station lists now have "Bulk Delete Records" under the "Bulk Actions" menu at the top right. Remove test records or an accidental bulk record in one go.
- A confirmation always appears before deleting. It says that photos are deleted too and that this can't be undone.

Thank you for using Oritabi.

### 1.34 — 2026-09-05

We added an in-app guide and a new free collection: Stations in Villages.

- New free collection "Stations in Villages." Of Japan's 183 villages, only 44 have a station - 117 stations in all. Tomamu, Otoineppu and Minami-Aso Mizu-no-Umareru-Sato Hakusui-Kogen are among them.
- The guide is now written in four chapters (Map, Collect, Records, Stats). Open it from the "?" at the top right of each tab.
- Help now includes a short introduction from the developer and a contact link. Please tell us anything you notice or would like to see.
- We corrected the Help text to match how the app actually works. Photos are saved to the Photos app only if you have allowed it on your iPhone.

Thank you for using Oritabi.

### 1.33 — 2026-08-30

We fixed the map and added more places where you can record several stations at once.

- Fixed the stutter when you moved the map after zooming all the way in. It now stays smooth at full zoom.
- Station order is now correct on 36 lines, including the Shinkansen. Until now, a station you had recorded could appear to drop off the line on the map (for example on the Sanyo Shinkansen).
- In a collection, "Select All Unrecorded" now works without opening each line first.
- You can now use Bulk Record from your Want to Visit list, so you can save everything after a trip.
- Rows in lists now respond anywhere on the row, not only on the text.

Thank you for using Oritabi.

### 1.32 — 2026-08-29

We strengthened the protections that keep your records from being lost.

- The sync status is now honest: while uploads remain you will see "Sending… X items left", and "Syncing with iCloud" appears only when everything has been delivered. Right after you record a station, a small "Syncing" badge appears at the top of the screen.
- If you reinstall the app and your previous records are still in iCloud, the app now offers to bring them back. Your sync settings are carried over whenever possible.
- Collection check marks and your Want to Visit stations are now included in iCloud sync and in exported files.
- We recommend two ways together to protect your records: keep them in iCloud, and keep a copy on hand. The "Back up your records" screen now explains both.
- When iCloud storage is full, the app now tells you what you can do about it, right where it happens.

Thank you for using Oritabi.

### 1.31 — 2026-08-28

The photo settings have been reorganized to be easier to understand.

- "Keep photos in iCloud" is now a switch you turn on yourself (Settings > Photos). When it is on, photos attached to your records are saved to iCloud together with them, so both come back after changing devices or reinstalling the app.
- The photo sync status is now shown right below the switch, and the settings are grouped as iCloud Sync > Photos > Data.
- Photos you take are now always saved to the Photos app as well, so the originals stay on your phone even if you delete the app.
- The three statistics cards (Prefectures, Lines, Distance) now share the same size.

Thank you for using Oritabi.
