## What is Oriva?

Oriva is a quiet space for short relaxation practices. With no account, you can use two- or three-minute sessions with breath, gentle touch, and optional 432 Hz sound.

Today
Start the day with a short practice. Free sessions are unlocked: eyes-and-neck ease, physiological sigh, box breathing, and gentle shaking. The guide shows each step clearly, and time follows the clock.

Sound
Optionally mix a 432 Hz tone with ocean, rain, or a soft drone. You set the layers; you can also practice in silence.

Program and library
A 14-day routine offers one short practice each day. The library brings together breath, touch, and sound practices. Some are free; the rest unlock with Oriva PRO.

Apple Health (optional)
You can connect Apple Health from Trends. On this device you get a personal wellness summary based on HRV and resting heart rate, and Mindful Minutes after a session. This is not a diagnosis or a medical measurement. You can use the app without connecting Health.

Oriva PRO
The full practice library, more sound layers, session history, and the optional Health summary. Monthly or yearly. Yearly plans may include a 3-day free trial.

Subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew at the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period in Apple ID settings. Unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase.
