Beware before purchasing Oriya Matrimony membership. I paid ₹3,400, and from the very next day I stopped receiving new profiles. When I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly told to pay more for better service. I have called multiple times and emailed their help desk, but I still haven’t received a proper resolution after 10 days. I feel completely trapped. I’m now sharing my experience on social media and consumer platforms so others can make an informed decision.

This app is a trap. I paid ₹5,900 for a premium plan to see specific profiles. Immediately after payment, they hid all those profiles and started demanding MORE money to contact the same people. It’s a complete "Bait and Switch" fraud. They show fake profiles to lure you in. Please save your money and stay away!

App logout everyday, the experience becomes frustrating. everyday I need to enter phone number and the otp.
Update after 2 months: 
Followed the guidelines, changed the password and after 2 months still no support from the team. They just close the ticket without even reaching out to the customer. Nowdays app logs out every time I open the app. Frustrating experience that too for a gold member.

I have created my brother’s profile around 20 days before.. someone from customer service called me and explained me about the plan and offers … and i paid 7600rs plan for 1year… all was going well .. now suddenly i m not able to view the pictures of a single candidate… for view the pictures and send the message its asking me to pay the amount and take the subscription again… what kind of service is this… you guys are sitting there fooling customers and taking their hard earned money .
