How you can put an app on production with such performance! Samajh nahin aa raha developer ne kya kiya, tester ne isko approve kese kiya, production me isko dala kisne! The screen goes complete white when opened in Apple. Takes a lot of time to refresh. The person who called me, his name is Cheteswar Singh. He said he will take care of searching right profiles and communication between families.After taking money he never showed up. I had an words with of the agents and then confirmed me that they will deactivate the new account and I can continue with the old one. When I opened the new one the error messages comes like account is deactivated. Customer care executive given the worst service they don’t have authority to reactive the account and there is no SME or Team Lead present in office. I have never seen this kind of service in my life. I paid ₹3,400, and from the very next day I stopped receiving new profiles. When I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly told to pay more for better service. I have called multiple times and emailed their help desk, but I still haven’t received a proper resolution after 10 days. I feel completely trapped. DO NOT PAY! ❌ *2026-01-18* This app is a trap. I paid ₹5,900 for a premium plan to see specific profiles. Immediately after payment, they hid all those profiles and started demanding MORE money to contact the same people. It’s a complete "Bait and Switch" fraud. They show fake profiles to lure you in. Update after 2 months: Followed the guidelines, changed the password and after 2 months still no support from the team. They just close the ticket without even reaching out to the customer. You block a profile or reject invitation, doesn’t work mostly. Profiles can’t be blocked or conversation can’t be deleted. Very difficult to use at times.
