It sign out it self. Cant go further. I honestly don’t see the point of holiday pay for an app that is basically offering freelance work. And still they are not satisfied with my documents. I mean wth we get SIA bagde with background check and everything. You should only ask for the badge and basic details not asking for which school i went. However I’d like to see the following improvements: a feature to dismiss jobs that are not of interest, an option to filter the distance by mileage so can avoid jobs that are too far for preference, the filter for shifts doesn’t always work & I can’t see how much I’ll be paid for a job once I’ve been accepted (it would be good as a reminder to see how much I’d be paid once I’ve done the job). Also the option to message & contact the job poster once the job has been accepted. On one occasion I even went to the office with passport and everything and I was assured by the manager that I don’t have to send anything again (which was not the case) You should be aware that I only use this app for weekend/flex work it’s impossible for me to take time out from my full time job and do your bit. The app wants you to include specifically 3 documents that show you’re proof of work per each job so if you had 6 jobs in 5 years you need to submit 18 documents. Doesn’t make any sense. Also the app mentions for you to call HMRC and ask for a work history document which I did and got from them but the document is just one so the app wants you to submit more. It’s not worth it. The staff only told me to go online and read articles instead of looking in the system or in my documents to really help me so guys don’t bother with this app because is a NIGHTMARE. ### 1/5 — Always have some issue using the app *2023-07-20, version 3.7.0* I have been working using Broadstone/Orka app since 2018, never had issue in the past but since last year, every now and then the app is giving me headaches.
