I couldn’t access my funds, and I also had to change the cash-out method on my Grubhub app, so now I can’t use that app for three days. On top of that, I opened my account a month ago and never even received my physical card. To finish it all off, when you have to call in, the lady who speaks at the beginning has an annoying speech impediment. ### 1/5 — Where is the Zelle option? *2024-10-12* Now that they offer Zelle, I’m unable to find it on the banking app. And makes me unable to use the Zelle app. Does anyone have any idea where to locate the Zelle function? ### 1/5 — Help *2024-09-20* how do i transfer money through things like zelle. there’s no option to do so all though it says it is offered through the app ### 1/5 — Access *2024-05-17* Cannot access my account for days. Had to go to the City Hall location....What a eye opener first Time virtual reality. It’s ok , BUT I PREFER A HUMAN IN THE FLESH, live hand shaker, PERSON.... ### 1/5 — Message Center error *2020-01-09* Every single time I open the app I have a notification that message center has a “New” message. It’s always the same message for debit card rewards to be activated. I can open the message and the notification closes until I close the app and reopen, then the same notification is there. It’s annoying to have to open the same message every time I use the app. ### 1/5 — Very annoying *2017-07-07* I don't understand the point of doing the finger print option when it constantly erases it and makes me use the password. Now that they've updated it, I can't check my balances, I can't look at my accounts and I can't do anything until I call the bank. **Developer response:** We see that you are not happy with the new App and are having difficulty seeing your account information. They are so amazing and genuinely helpful. This feature is standard on many other income/funding apps I use, AND it’s a feature that can be done through your online banking. WHY is it still not available in the app? The app functions great for me (for the most part; I do run into the occasional error), but this missing feature kills it for me. Really needs to be a thing. Then it goes to pending, pending disappears and then days later it comes out your account. It sometimes becomes confusing when there’s alot of transaction going on at the same time. Now I have access to "bill pay" from my mobile devices. This app does everything I need to do. I can't remember the last time I was actually inside a branch. **Developer response:** We are happy to hear that the new App addressed your biggest concern. Stay tuned ...
