However, upon trying to use the mobile app, it keeps looping around, prompting me to login into mychart app and once done, it does not link or refresh to the virtual visit one. ### 5/5 — Great alternative to urgent care *2025-07-15* It was 4:30am. Only waited about a minute to be seen by a provider. Quick, easy, to the point. Got the prescription I needed sent to my pharmacy. The medication was in my hand within 30 mins. ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2025-05-04* They charge you $50 to talk to someone when you already have insurance and a doctor through Orlando Health. Called about a health concern because I am pregnant and needed a nurse hotline. They told me, “Sure, just create an account on this app and make a virtual appt.” At the end of all that, they try to charge me. Seriously? This is my 7th baby and I have never had to be charged to call a nurse hotline. Freaking ridiculous. No wonder these reviews are so bad. You guys just want to make money. ### 1/5 — MyChart login issues *2025-04-22* DEVS PLEASE READ: I can only login using MyChart because it won’t let me create an account just for this app with the same info as MyChart. This method keeps disconnecting and logging me out and I have to keep reauthenticating my account every time I log in. The thing is, it did this to me WHILE I WAS IN LINE FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND I DIDNT EVEN KNOW. So, I went to click into “My Visits” and it gave me an auth error. Clicked into another area, I got an auth error. Force closed the app and reopened, and it turned out the physician tried to see me while I thought I was still in line, the app had just kicked me out mid-wait for my appointment. I literally waited for an hour thinking I was still in line. I just hope I wasn’t charged because this is messed up. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-03-28* I cannot log in. I have used this numerous times in the past but I have been fighting 30 minutes trying to log in. It says it doesn’t recognize my username/password. When I log in through my chart, it sends me to a page to download the app. (I already have the app). It then doesn’t do anything. Extremely frustrating! ### 1/5 — Loops *2025-02-24* When trying to log in and needs to reset sends you through loops. I received an email, asks me to download app (already downloaded) then takes me to log in which is not to reset. The I ask for a forgot my password and does the same thing.not user friendly especially since this is supposed to be urgent care. ### 1/5 — Not functional with my chart *2025-02-07* Unable to get this app to work with my chart login. Just keeps going in a circle where I login to my chart, then goes back to this app over and over again. I’ve had success using this as an alternative to urgent care in the past but this is second occasion where I can’t get it to work when I need it. Last time was 3 months ago. ### 1/5 — Unable to close a visit and no prescription- this is a health risk *2025-01-09* Please avoid the Orlando Health virtual visit app. Both my son and daughter-in-law are Orlando Health employees and I have been loyal to Orlando Health for years. Today I decided to use the virtual visit feature for a sinus infection. On a positive, I was seen immediately and the visit went well. At the end of the visit the doctor prescribed medication. Hours later my pharmacy still hadn’t received the prescription. I logged back into the app to view the visit notes and it showed I was still waiting in the queue to be seen. THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THE VISIT! I called the help line and they confirmed I was still waiting in the queue. I explained I had been seen hours ago by someone and needed my prescription. They had NO record of the visit occurring or anything. They said they would put in a ticket to close out the visit and would try to take care of getting the prescription called in. When I asked about timeframe, noting I needed my prescription called in asap, they said they had no idea as to when the visit would be closed or when the problem would be rectified. So basically I paid for a visit, yet there is no medical record of the visit and I have NO timeframe as to when the issue will be resolved or when my prescription will be called in. Huge risk to patient health. ### 2/5 — Dr didnt help *2023-06-11* Maybe their hands are tied. My back was hurting 10/10. The dr recommended only for me to massage and otc medications. I asked for a urine test and she said that is not a symptom of uti. Here i am in er with uti. ### 2/5 — Won’t log in *2023-04-15* Used to be good.
