I love the parking and security info, but based on these late notifications, I’m wondering if the other information was accurate/correct/helpful or was it just coincidence. ### 2/5 — Freezes *2024-11-07* Always Freezes ### 1/5 — Very buggy *2024-10-28, version 4.8.1* Donwloaded app for assistance. Opened app after it installed. App froze and I can’t click on anything. I tried restarting app but still the same. App will start and freeze. Deleted app and just used Google and the website ### 1/5 — Inaccurate flight terminal almost missed flight *2024-07-25, version 4.8.1* I used the app to find the correct parking area. Entered our flight into the app and it showed the correct flight number and departure time but completely wrong terminal and gate. It sent us to terminal A BUT JET BLUE IS TERMINAL C. It took us an hour to get to the right terminal and almost missed our flight. ### 2/5 — Only sort of useful *2024-01-09* Not the easiest app to navigate. Not up to date on alerts. Major storm came through with a ground stop for a couple of hours and their latest news had to do with parking garages. Nothing that shows flight info, so couldn’t use to see cancelled flights. Did not sink the directions, didn't want to open from the beginning. I wish there was a minus star. ### 1/5 — Incompetence *2025-02-14, version 5.0.2* The surface lots at C are SunpASS or EpASS only. Neither GOAA or SunpASS will accept responsibility if there is an issue. It’s unbelievable how difficult both useless agencies make it to use. GOAA has to staff people at the entrance to shoo users away because the interface is SOOOO bad. Of course, nobody will take accountability because they don’t have to. F em ALL. ### 1/5 — GARBAGE *2025-01-08* What else can one expect from the pencil pushing rectal scratchers at GOAA. The incompetence knows no bottom. Nobody ever answers a phone or returns a voice message. The five hour 8 martini lunch is the norm at GOAA. Sponging off the public economic system is the name of the game. I’d rather drive to Miami and use that abortion than MCO. ### 1/5 — What’s the point *2024-11-11, version 4.8.1* I used this back in May of last year and it seemed fine. With trying to look at possible flights just to get an idea of pricing as well as more info on the airport, the app completely freezes after just a few moments of opening it. I highly recommend this app to anyone coming to MCO for the first time ### 5/5 — Quick info *2023-07-03, version 4.7.1* Wanted to know how far I’d need to go to catch my connecting flight and it was so easy to input the flight info and have the app tell me the exact number of feet to my next gate! ### 5/5 — Extremely useful and accurate! *2023-05-30, version 4.7.0* I absolutely love this app! All other airports need to learn from this app. Heck, even airlines need to learn from this app! I recently had an airline tell me I was delayed 75 minutes. MCO app never said a peep about a delay. Wouldn’t you know, the airline changed their mind about the delay! I trust this app more than the airlines. This is also a great tool when trying to figure out what airlines fly direct between Orlando and other cities. Takes some exploring to learn some ways to benefit from the app, but as an Orlando resident I strongly suggest this app to everyone! ### 5/5 — My Favorite App *2018-11-25, version 3.0.0* For someone who travels a lot this app is great! Tells you security wait times, how to get to/from and and around the airport. How to get around the airport, and any changes to gates or where to find the baggage claim. Plus a parking spot reminder and directions to your parking spot. Basic app but all you need for navigating a high traffic airport. ### 5/5 — Local Central Florida Resident *2017-03-14, version 2.0.1* Honesty a great app to have! Clean and simple to use. Has many maps of all parts of the airport! It tells you TSA security wait times and even gives you turn-by-turn walking directions from anywhere in the airport!
