## What is Orlog?

Roll the dice. Call on the gods. Break your foe's health stones before they break yours.

Orlog is a dice game that takes one round to learn and a long time to master. Play the rivals offline, or take on real players online. Every round is a battle of luck, nerve and good timing.

HOW TO PLAY
• Each player starts with 15 health stones. Lose them all and you lose the match.
• Roll six dice up to three times. Keep the ones you like and reroll the rest.
• Axes and arrows attack. Helmets and shields block. Steal faces take favour from your opponent.
• Gilded dice earn you favour. Spend it to call on a god.
• God calls are sealed. Both sides choose blind, then reveal together.
• Watch the round play out step by step. The first player to reach zero loses.

20 GODS
• Every god has its own power. Some call down lightning, some heal your wounds, some change the dice, and some ask you to give up health for more power.
• Spend more favour to make a god's effect stronger, or save it for a later round.
• Timing matters. Some gods act before the dice are counted and some act after.

19 RIVALS TO BEAT
• You start with Thor. Every rival carries a different god.
• Climb four tiers, and each tier is harder than the one before.
• Beat any three rivals in a tier to unlock the next one.

ONLINE DUELS
• Join the queue to face the next player who's waiting.
• Or share an invite code to play a friend.
• Leave the app while you wait. You'll get a notification when a foe sits down.
• Every move is on the clock, so duels keep moving.
• Climb the monthly leaderboard by winning queue duels.
• Look back over your past duels round by round.
• Pick your own warrior name.

PLAY YOUR WAY
• Duels against the rivals work fully offline, with no account and no internet.
• No account is needed online either.
• Sign in with Google or Apple to keep your gods and progress when you change phones.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 2.0 — 2026-11-05

Players can duel from their own phones, through a queue or an invite code, with sign-in, a monthly leaderboard. It also brings a new app icon, shorter rules, per-level god text and sound controls on the duel board.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-26

Dice you can feel
• All dice are now solid 3D and tumble and spin like real dice when you throw them.
• Attacks now land where they should: a blocked blow stops on the shield or helmet that stopped it, and an unblocked one flies straight at your opponent.

God favours, reworked
• Choose your god favour right on the board. Tap one of your gods to see what it does and what it costs, without the rest of the game being covered.
• God choices are now secret. Neither side sees the other's pick until both are locked in, then both are revealed together.
• Pick any favour at any level, even if you can't afford it yet. If you still can't pay when it's time to use it, it won't happen. The end-of-match summary shows how many favours went unanswered.
• For favours that target your opponent's dice, mark their dice directly, and undo a wrong mark with a single tap.

Cleaner board
• Your dice and your opponent's now line up the same way (axes before arrows, helmets before shields), so they're easy to compare.
• Dice you keep stay in the order you kept them.

Fixes
• The coin toss plays out in full and lands smoothly.
• You can no longer throw or tap dice while they're still rolling.
• Leaving the app and coming back no longer plays a burst of old sounds.
